Security & Privacy
Exploraudio is committed to your security and privacy. When you shop online, you need to know that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us is kept safe and secure. We ensure the security of your information by complying rigorously with all relevant requirements and by using only certificated services and payment systems. All your information is held securely at all times.
Exploraudio is equally committed to your privacy. Only you can access your account or view your financial details and we do not provide any of your personal information to anyone else. So none of your contact details can end up on other mailing lists.
Orders
When you purchase an item from Exploraudio the contract of sale occurs at the point when your payment card is charged and your goods are dispatched. We do NOT charge your card if the goods are not in stock or if for any reason we are unable to send you them.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and to get the goods to you as quickly as possible, using the most dependable, convenient and cost-effective shipment method available, worldwide.
International deliveries
All international shipments are made by airmail, through the British Royal Mail and its well established delivery network with the world’s other postal services. Not only is this the most consistently reliable low cost delivery mechanism but it is also usually the most convenient way for customers to receive parcels.
Delivery times:
The Royal Mail aims to deliver all parcels to destinations outside the UK within 3-5 days but please allow up to 7 days (or longer if outside Europe or North America). Also, postal services recommend allowing extra time at particularly busy times of the year, such as Christmas and for deliveries to remote addresses.
For the countries listed below, a faster service, called “Airsure”, is available at extra cost:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belguim, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
This service is the Royal Mail’s fastest and in most instances, goods can also be tracked electronically.
Please contact us if you require "Airsure" or other express international delivery options.
UK deliveries
For all deliveries within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and outlying islands, the goods are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class service. Royal mail aims to deliver all parcels by the next working day but please allow up to 3 working days.
For guaranteed next day delivery (except for Northern Ireland), items can be sent to you by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (at additional cost).
Please contact us if you require "Special Delivery" or other express UK delivery options.
Returning product
If any product supplied to you by Exploraudio fails to work properly and you are not able to resolve the problem by a faster and easier method (for example, using the support information available on-line and/or by obtaining replacement parts), please return it to us for replacement. In the unlikely event you need to resort to returning the product, we are very sorry and understand how annoyed and frustrated you may feel. We will do our best to get you through the returns process with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. To help us to do this, please follow the procedure described below:
1. Write a brief note describing the problem and anything you have done to try to fix it. Please explain the situation as clearly as possible and ensure you have included:
- your order reference number
- the name and e-mail address used to place the order
- the delivery address for the order
- a day time telephone number on which you can be contacted
- date of purchase (approximate if you don’t have the paperwork to hand)
2. If possible, put the product back in the packaging in which it arrived but if not, ensure it is packed to prevent damage in transit back to us. Include in the package all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.
3. Enclose your note describing the problem and providing contact details and send the package to:

For the remainder of the first year of the warranty period, any defective parts will be replaced free of charge or the product can be returned for repair or exchange. All repairs (including replacement parts) and exchanges within the first year of the warranty period will be free of charge.
Exploraudio does not accept responsibility for any costs incurred in returning product for repair, exchange or refund, whether or not it is returned within the warranty period.

Customs Information
When ordering goods from Exploraudio for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that when ordering from outside the UK, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. During transit across borders, deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities and Exploraudio may be required to provide information about the order (including its value) to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Currency
All financial transactions are conducted in Sterling (UK£). The corresponding amount in your own currency is shown at the checkout before you confirm payment. This is the actual amount that will be debited from your payment card. Any local currency prices displayed before you reach the checkout are purely indicative as the conversion rate is calculated by your card provider only when you have entered the checkout and elected to pay using their card.
