This model will fit the majority of Baby, Resonator and other shallow bodied Acoustic Guitars.
The clamp consists of two discs, with embedded nitrile rings to cushion and protect, which are drawn together by a thumbscrew to acquire an extremely tenacious grip on the edge of the instrument, where it is strongest. The boom has a standard 3/8 inch thread for attaching clips or shock mounts, not included, to suit the chosen microphone or other device.
H-Clamp Spirit
The discs of the 'Spirit' models are machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, with a high quality anodised finish in a choice of colours. The solid aluminum discs make the Spirit models slighty heavier than the 'Light' models but the improved purchase of the boom grip on the aluminium disc's lug allows heavier microphones to be attached securely. The discs of this model are Blue and the shafts, booms and thumbscrews are all Silver.
