This model will fit the majority of instruments such as Mandolins, Ukuleles, Banjos and Electric Guitars.
The clamp consists of two discs, with embedded nitrile rings to cushion and protect, which are drawn together by a thumbscrew to acquire an extremely tenacious grip on the edge of the instrument, where it is strongest. The boom has a standard 3/8 inch thread for attaching clips or shock mounts, not included, to suit the chosen microphone or other device.
H-Clamp Light
The H-clamp Light is engineered for optimum performance both in usability and isolation of the microphone (or other attached devices) from the vibrations of the instrument to which it is fitted. The discs of the 'Light' model are machined from an aerospace-grade Black polymer, making it the lightest and most sonically inert H-clamp. The aerospace-grade aluminium shafts, booms and thunbscrews are all Silver.
